This Webinar described the objectives for Productivity Analysis and the four classes of measures needed to accomplish these objectives.  It featured the use of OMG’s new Automated Function Point specification in Productivity Analysis and present the next steps for CISQ in deploying and evolving this specification.  We presented a method for analyzing the effect of quality on productivity that adjusts productivity scores for the impact of quality in the current release on the productivity of future releases.  An eleven step process for conducting productivity was described along with best analysis practices and pitfalls to avoid. The presentation concluded with some industrial examples of effective productivity analysis practices.
