In March the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) will host a Software Solutions Symposium (SSS) in Arlington, VA. SSS 2017 will be held at the Hilton Crystal City in Arlington, VA.
The SEI is a federally funded research and development center at Carnegie Mellon University dedicated to helping government and industry organizations acquire, develop, operate, and sustain software systems that are affordable, enduring, and trustworthy. Building on the success of an inaugural event held in 2015, the symposium will provide information on emerging technologies and technical strategies for software-reliant systems.
In the dynamic environment of software development, it is challenging to keep up to date with new technologies and methods. The Software Solutions Symposium is a forum for learning about emerging technologies and practical solutions that you can apply today for help with systemic software issues such as assurance, cost, and schedule.
Senior researchers and practitioners who have spent years making the most complex systems and software work in industry and government programs will join together to offer half-day tutorials, talks, and panel discussions.
