Dr. Bill Curtis is CISQ’s Executive Director. Dr. Curtis led development of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) while at the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Curtis is an active participant in ISO JTC1 SC7 WG6 for Software and System Product Measures. Dr. Richard Soley is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Object Management Group® (OMG®), an international, open membership, not-for-profit technology standards consortium. Dr. Paul Nielsen is Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. The SEI is a key innovator in areas central to U.S. Department of Defense and civilian government operation in the cyberspace domain, including software architecture, software product lines, interoperability, the integration of software-intensive systems, and the increasing overlap of software and systems engineering. Paul Bentz is CISQ’s Director of Government and Industry Programs. Mr. Bentz promotes standards with European regulators and governing bodies in various industries. Mr. Bentz ran large international IT organizations for more than 30 years, spending 20 years at Paribas, the investment bank, as Group CIO when it merged with BNP in 2000 to become BNP Paribas, and then at Allianz, the insurance giant, as Regional CIO. Don-Davidson-Advis-Board

 

Don Davidson is Chief of the Lifecycle Risk Management & Cybersecurity/Acquisition Integration Division of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD-CIO). He co-chairs Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) efforts in international, public/private, interagency and DoD, including DOD-DHS-NIST-GSA-sponsored public-private quarterly meetings of the Software and Supply Chain Assurance (SSCA) Forum. Professor Herb Krasner recently retired from the University of Texas at Austin. He was the Director of Outreach Services for the UT Center for Advanced Research in Software Engineering (ARiSE) and founder and CTO of the UT Software Quality Institute (SQI). As a systems excellence consultant, his mission, spanning five decades, has been to enable the development of superior software intensive systems, and to stamp out poor quality software, wherever found.
